To recognize the National School Lunch Program and the 30 million children it serves every day, UCPS schools will recognize National School Lunch Week from October 12 -16, 2015. The theme, "School Lunch Snapshot" is all about sharing the best images of today's school lunches. Check out the cafeteria bulletin board throughout the week for images of healthy living. Also, don't forget the School Nutrition Services site for the week's menu.

Wrestling sign-ups for the 2015-2016 season will be next Wednesday, October 14th from 5:00-6:00 pm in room F122. You may pick up paperwork on site or from the PRMS Athletics webpage. The cost is $150 per wrestler. You will need to purchase wrestling shoes and headgear.

Basketball Cheerleading Tryouts
Basketball cheerleading packets are available to any 7th or 8th grade girls interested in trying out. Packets are in the front office and in Ms. Hoff's room. The packet must be completed and turned in no later than October 20, 2015. Please remember to print off your own copy of the insurance form, physical, and concussion waver. They can be found on the PRMS website under 'athletics'. All other forms are provided in the packet. Without the paperwork girls will NOT be allowed to try-out.
Try-outs will be held October 21-23 from 4-5:30

HOPE Club Accepting Donations
The HOPE Club is accepting donations to help a family who lost their home to a house fire. If you are able to donate any of the following items, please bring them to the front office.
Girls clothing: Size 7/8, size 1 shoes, toys and games for an 8 year old
Boys clothing: Size 12/14 shirt, size 14 pants, size 8 shoe, athletic apparel and sports related games
Young womens clothing: Size medium shirt, size 4 pants, size 7 wide shoe, jewelry and make up

Beginning this year all 7th grade students must have the Meningococcal and TDAP vaccinations. Students will have thirty days to be in compliance with this new law. After September 29th students will be suspended until the requirements have been met. If you have any questions, please contact Mrs. West, the school nurse.

Early Dismissal Procedures(Click for more...)
If a student plans to leave school before the end of the day, he/she must bring a note from home requesting early dismissal. The adult who plans to pick up the student must sign him/her out in the office by 3:15 pm and be prepared to show valid picture identification..ie driver's license or passport.

In order for your students to be able to use a Chromebook for the school year, parents must view the Chromebook Parental Training video and complete the Chromebook Verification Form.
